Admission Requirements

Candidates for training apply to the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery via the Department of Surgery. The trainees are selected by a selection committee composed of the members of the orthopaedic council and 2 residents. The Division of Orthopaedic Surgery participates in the PGY-l match organized by CARMS (Canadian Resident Matching Service). All appropriate candidates are interviewed after submitting the required documentation to CARMS (curriculum vitae, registration forms, medical school transcripts and letters of reference).
